Fenwick Elliott at the 7th Annual IBC Construction Law conference 2015

Nicholas Gould, partner, spoke at the 7th Annual IBC Construction Law conference 1st July 2015, which took place in London. Nicholas joined leading practitioners at the Construction Law: Contracts and Dispute Management conference to discuss the best strategies to successfully avoid disputes, including practical tips on how to carefully draft and manage contracts during the life of the project.

Nicholas presented an overview on CIArb Dispute Board Rules, covering the range of dispute board rules, the question of why dispute avoidance is valuable, the demand for amicable dispute resolution, the different types of dispute boards as well as several other areas of discussion.
