  • acting for a subcontractor in an arbitration subject to the ICC rules in relation to claims for loss of profit and wasted expenditure at a major energy project in Mozambique;
  • assisting and providing ongoing advice regarding the procurement, drafting and negotiating of professional appointments, collateral warranties, and non-disclosure agreements for a high-net-worth individual in relation to the substantial redevelopment of a private residence;
