Our international arbitration practice is global.

We have undertaken many cases where the relevant contracts are governed (or otherwise affected) by local law or by the law of another country. We are well-versed in working with local law firms in various international jurisdictions, having done so regularly over many years, which enables us to provide clients with a unified team throughout the life cycle of a dispute.

In addition to our global international arbitration experience, we are experts in UK domestic arbitration.

Whilst many standard form construction contracts provide for litigation by default, arbitration is often an option in these contracts. We remain incredibly familiar with the rules and procedures associated with domestic arbitration. We have a wealth of arbitration expertise among our partners, some of whom also sit as arbitrators.
