In 2024, Fenwick Elliott launched its alliance with Molina Ríos, an industry-leading law firm in Latin America. Our FIDIC expertise
We are experts in FIDIC contracts, having advised on every type of FIDIC form, from the FIDIC Red Book 4th Edition to the 2017 2nd Edition of the Rainbow Suite. Fenwick Elliott is an affiliate member of FIDIC and won Law Firm of the Year Award at FIDIC’s 2022 Contract Users’ Conference.
