Fenwick Elliott Partners Nicholas Gould and Jeremy Glover will be speaking alongside Lindy Patterson QC at the forthcoming Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF) meeting on Wednesday, 21 March.

The meeting will see the three speakers discuss the main changes from the 1999 FIDIC contracts as they particularly affect adjudication, dispute avoidance and the role of Dispute Boards under the FIDIC form of Contract.

The three talks will focus on:

• The FIDIC 2017 Rainbow Suite: main changes and risk allocation
• The new Clause 20 claims procedure
• Clause 21: introducing the DAAB: dispute avoidance and the anticipated DB procedure

The presentations will be followed by the opportunity for all present to comment, raise questions and generally debate the new books.
