On Thursday 28 November, 2019 Fenwick Elliott Partner Nicholas Gould will be chairing at the CIArb Dispute Appointment Service (DAS) Convention. Nicholas will chair the first panel session (Constructive Disputes: Ameliorating Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedures in the UK) and will speak about dispute boards and the CIArb DB rules.
