- acting on a successful high-profile adjudication brought against a contractor for multi-million-pound cladding remediation costs, resulting in a significant enforcement award and legal precedent relating to an adjudicator’s jurisdiction to deal with claims brought under the Defective Premises Act 1972;
- defending TCC claims in relation to high-profile external wall defects involving breach of contract and negligence under the Defective Premises Act 1972;
