  • acting for an international engineering and energy contractor specialising in offshore transmission systems in relation to multiple high-value claims arising out of an offshore wind farm project in the UK, including disputes concerning design responsibility, interface issues, Grid Code compliance and variation claims, with aggregate claims exceeding £100 million;
  • acting for an international offshore energy, dredging and maritime infrastructure contractor in an arbitration under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre Rules in respect of foundation installation works for an offshore wind farm located off the west coast of Taiwan defending claims worth €80 million;
  • acting for an international offshore energy, dredging and maritime infrastructure contractor in an arbitration under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre Rules in respect of installation works for an offshore wind farm located off the coast of Taiwan defending claims worth €30 million;
  • acting for the UK branch of a top-tier global contractor providing advice regarding potential claims against the main contractor in relation to a major rail infrastructure project in the UK under an NEC3 Supply Contract;
  • acting for a large UK contractor in respect of a number of building / fire safety defect claims;
    acting for an international contractor pursuing claims with AU$300 million in an international arbitration in relation to a major rail infrastructure project in New South Wales;
  • acting for a project company in concurrent arbitral proceedings (against the builder and state) in relation to an AU$2 billion hospital project in South Australia;
  • acting for an international contractor in an appeal on a procedural decision regarding jurisdiction of arbitral tribunal in relation to a major rail infrastructure project in the Supreme Court of New South Wales;
  • acting for a tier 1 contractor in relation to drafting claims for a package for the design, construction and maintenance of a major rail infrastructure project in New South Wales (contract sum AU$4 billion); and
  • acting for a head contractor in relation to drafting claims and preparing strategic advice for the design and construction of a fertilizer plant in Western Australia (contract sum AU$3 billion).
