Fenwick Elliott Partner elected DRBF Region 2 Board Member

We are delighted to announce that Fenwick Elliott Partner, Jeremy Glover has been elected onto the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF) DRBF Region 2 Board.

The DRBF is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the avoidance and resolution of disputes worldwide through the use of Dispute Boards (DBs). The DRBF assists with the worldwide application of the DB method by providing advice and suggestions tailored for the conditions and practices existing in project areas. The rapid spread of the process worldwide has resulted in the process being used on more than $270 billion worth of construction projects, achieving avoidance of numerous disputes and delivering significant savings. The DRBF provides guidance on effective DB implementation tailored for the conditions and practices existing in project areas, as well as training DB practitioners and promoting best practices.

Jeremy has been involved with the DRBF since 2012 and regularly presents and delivers training at DRBF conferences and workshops worldwide, including this week at the 19th Annual International Conference which is taking place in Berlin. Click here for details.
