Fenwick Elliott Partner awarded prestigious SCL President's medal

On Friday 8 February 2018 Victoria Russell, Partner, was awarded The Society of Construction Law (SCL) President’s medal. 

Victoria was recognised for her significant contribution to furthering the SCL's aim of promoting the study and understanding of construction law. Receiving her award from Lord Justice Jackson in front of an audience of over 1,400, Victoria became the first woman and first solicitor in SCL’s history to receive the prestigious accolade.

Speaking after the ceremony Fenwick Elliott Senior Partner, Simon Tolson commented:

“This is a great tribute to Vicky and for all her hard work over more than 30 years for the Society. I am delighted as a firm we have produced no fewer than three Chairmen of SCL, with Vicky’s tenure being a particularly memorable one at a time when she was also Master of the Worshipful Company of Arbitrators”.
