Arbitration in the Middle East – an update
There have been a number of changes to the way international arbitration is carried out. In a further step to promote the Middle East as a global hub for arbitration, both the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“KSA”) and the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) have recently made changes to their arbitration frameworks, modernising and strengthening arbitration in the region.
