These include actions before the DIFC, ADGM, English and local onshore courts, as well as the LCIA, ICC and DIAC arbitration centres. She has worked on a variety of cases involving the enforcement of arbitration awards, obtaining and challenging worldwide freezing injunctions, breach of contract, force majeure, delay, non-payment and joint venture agreements.

Prior to qualification, Nicole developed extensive paralegal experience in both London and Dubai and has worked in dispute resolution/litigation for 15 years.

assisting on a joint venture dispute before the ADGM Court;
assisting on an ICC arbitration seated in Paris in respect of a non-payment dispute;
assisting on a DIAC arbitration seated in Dubai in respect of a joint venture dispute;
assisting on a large-scale ICC arbitration seated in Paris in respect of a feedstock supply agreement;
assisting on a dispute before the English Court in respect of a worldwide freezing order and non-payment of goods;
assisting and advising on the enforcement of several arbitral awards in the DIFC Court and local onshore courts; and
assisting and advising on securing several freezing injunctions in the DIFC and English Court and assisting on the enforcement of the injunctions in the UAE and England.
