Fire Safety in Tall Buildings: The Technical and Legal Issues
Jon Miller, partner at Fenwick Elliott, was joined by Glenn Horton, Director at Horton and Horton Fire Limited to address the continuing repercussions of the Grenfell Inquiry and its effect on the construction industry.
Glenn provided an expert perspective on building, testing and other technical standards while Jon discussed the legal issues and liabilities surrounding the building envelope, cladding etc and provide an update on the proposed changes to the Building Regulations.
