Consultation on the Guidance Note on the Jurisdiction of the UK Construction Adjudicator

The CIArb and Adjudication Society’s joint Guidance Note on the Jurisdiction of the UK Construction Adjudicator was issued in December 2012. The Sub-committee responsible for reviewing the Guidance Note has recently revisited the Guidance Note and after some careful consideration has concluded that a number of minor amendments should be made.

Nicholas Gould, Chair of the Adjudication Society Sub-Committee would like to hear from anyone who would wish to make comments in relation to the proposed amended guidance note.

For more information, contact Elina Zlatanska (ezlatanska@ciarb.org) on or before Friday 4 September 2015. Those comments will then be considered by the Sub-Committee, before proposing a final draft for acceptance and publication by the CIArb and the Adjudication Society.
