Thank you to everyone who came along both to play and to support their teams at CODEP Cup. Yet again, it was another hard fought tournament, with Ramboll winning the trophy. The event has raised much needed funds for the fight against the Ebola virus and the support is much appreciated by everyone at CODEP both in the UK and Sierra Leone.

Ahmed Ibrahim was selected by the DIAC to lecture to Kuwaiti Lawyers on initiating arbitration proceedings and the best practices in nominating and appointing arbitrators.

Simon Tolson, Chairman of TeCSA led a piece of research on the Pre-action Protocol through the TeCSA Litigation Sub-Committee. The result of that research is now available as “A Report Evaluating the Perceived Value of the Construction and Engineering Per-action Protocol”.
