On Thursday 6 June, 2019 Fenwick Elliott Partner, Professor Nicholas Gould will be speaking at the Transnational Construction Arbitration and ADR in the 21st Century conference.

Nicholas will be participating in the panel on “The rise and challenges of statutory and contractual adjudication in the global marketplace”, talking in particular about contractual adjudication, FIDIC 20 and new FIDIC 21, focusing on the most topical and new issues that have arisen in recent years.
